Can I place my appliances in my plan and order those online too?
Yes! That is one of the benefits of shopping with iCreate Kitchens over our competitors.
Simply click on the "Plan Your Kitchen" and start designing your kitchen. The appliances that you place on the plan are generic items that allow you to fill the space and show you the design as close as possible to the finished kitchen. once you have finished your design please order your appliances in the estore area. -
Who will install my new kitchen?
Our cabinetry is so easy that you can assemble, and install it yourself! With our simple installation video and a bit kiwi ingenuity you should find that your project comes together with ease. However, if the project becomes a bit of a challenge, contact us on 0508 427 328 and one of our friendly iCreate team will help you arrange an installer.

How can I be confident that my colours match each other?
Having an eye for colour doesn’t come easy for some, and so at iCreate Kitchens we have taken away the guess work and have put together a colour range which can be mixed and matched across the range, making it easy for you to achieve a pleasing combination.

What other things do I need to consider for my new Kitchen space?
Normally alongside planning a new kitchen, you will need to consider the wall, and flooring surfaces as well as book in Plumbers, Electricians and maybe even a Builder to do any renovation work. We suggest that you work alongside trades people you trust, a good way to do this is work with someone who has been referred to you with good standards of workmanship.

Can my cabinets be made to any size I require?
iCreate Kitchens have such a wide range of sizes to choose from we think you’ll find that your design doesn’t need special sized cabinets. To deliver you the best price available we have created a catalogue of cabinet options that suit hundreds of different design layouts taking away the need to have anything made to order which creates delays and complications. We like to keep life simple!

What material is the cabinetry made from?
Our cabinets are made from high moisture resistant particle board, or HMRPB as its known. We find that by using this type of board, its easier to handle and better for both you and the environment. The colour that you see applied to the board is called a low pressure melamine, and is made to stand up to many years of wear ability when cared for properly.

Do you use quality hardware?
All of the hardware used in the iCreate Kitchens range is excellent quality, and carries its own warranty. We have tried and tested all kinds of hardware available on the market and have hand selected the very best to put into our cabinets.

Do you offer a warranty?
Absolutely! iCreate Kitchens offers a 10 year warranty on all cabinetry and benchtop products, and a 2 year warranty on all appliance products. For more information on the Warranty, please visit the Warranty page.

What days do you deliver?
Depending on where you live the exact day could vary, however the delivery will be during Monday to Friday, and excludes Public Holidays

What are your delivery times?
Once your order payment has been processed, your order will be sent out of our warehouse on a 5 day turnaround for the North Island, and a 7 day turnaround for the South Island. Once it has left us it should take approximately 2-3 days to reach its destination, however we can give an accurate indication of this once the order has been collected by the carrier.

Is it safe to pay online with my credit card?
Yes, iCreate Kitchens payment is directed through an external server provider, and every reasonable precaution is used to ensure that your credit card information is kept safe and only used for the intended purpose. For more information please see our Privacy Policy page

Can I still order online if I don't have a credit card?
Yes, we can also accept payment by way of debit card also.

How long does it take to verify payments?
Payments are verified through Merchant Warrior almost instantly.

How will I know if my payment has been successful?
Once your payment has been authorized your will receive a confirmation email from the Merchant Warrior system.

I think my payment has failed, can you help me?
If your payment has failed for any reason you will be notified by email with the reason stated. We also monitor the transactions and can contact you to assist.

Why has my order been cancelled?
If your order has been cancelled for any reason you will be notified by iCreate Kitchens by email. we will then endeavour to assist you in any way we can to achieve your new kitchen.
